House Rules – Finca La Sensa 🌴

We hope you will have a wonderful and relaxing stay at our holiday home. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to maintain the safety and condition of the property, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

General ✅

• Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Different arrival times are only possible by prior arrangement.
• Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
• Please respect the peace and quiet, nature and surroundings of the finca.
• The property is suitable for a maximum of 8 people and 1 baby.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking outdoors is only permitted in designated areas; please always use an ashtray.
• Parties, events and loud music are not permitted.
• Charging electric cars, scooters or other electrically powered vehicles using the property's electricity supply is only permitted by prior agreement and will incur additional charges.
• Finca La Sensa is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Loss of keys, remote controls or access devices must be reported to the property manager immediately. Any costs for replacing keys, remote controls and, if necessary, changing locks, will be charged to the tenant.

Swimming Pool Rules 💦

• Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
• Children may only use the swimming pool under the constant supervision of an adult.
• Please rinse off excess sunscreen before swimming in order to maintain the water quality.
• Glassware is not permitted in or around the swimming pool. Please use plastic or unbreakable cups only.
• Do not throw rubbish or other objects into the swimming pool and please keep the pool area tidy.
• The swimming pool is professionally maintained once a week to ensure optimal water quality. If maintenance takes place during your stay, you will be informed in advance.
• Finca La Sensa is located in a natural environment. Due to wind, leaves, blossom, small twigs and other natural material may occasionally blow into the swimming pool. Despite the weekly professional maintenance and the daily operation of the filtration system, this cannot always be prevented.
• A pool skimmer net is provided for removing leaves and other floating natural material. Guests can use this themselves, if desired, to easily keep the surface of the swimming pool clean.

Fire Safety 🔥

• During the summer months, there is an increased risk of wildfires. Please therefore take extra care when using fire.
• Open fires, fire pits and campfires are not permitted.
• Only use the barbecue in the designated area and never leave it unattended.
• Do not leave flammable materials such as paper, cardboard or dry wood lying around.
• Always dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray and never on the ground.
• In the event of smoke or fire, immediately contact the local emergency services and the property manager.

Water & Electricity Use ♻️

Water and electricity are valuable resources in Andalusia. We kindly ask you to use them responsibly.

• Only use the air conditioning in rooms that are actually being used.
• Switch off air conditioning, lights and other electrical appliances when leaving a room.
• Keep windows and doors closed while using the air conditioning for optimal efficiency.
• To prevent overloading of the electrical system, all five air-conditioning units must not be operated simultaneously for extended periods.
• Do not leave air-conditioning units running unnecessarily throughout the entire day or night when nobody is present.
• Excessive or careless use of water and electricity may, if demonstrably caused by improper use or negligence, be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the rental conditions.

Waste & Environment 🌿

• Separate waste according to the local guidelines.
• Dispose of your rubbish bags in the designated containers along the road.
• Do not leave rubbish in nature or anywhere on the finca grounds.
• Please help us keep the beautiful surroundings clean and sustainable.

Pets 🐾

Pets are not allowed.

When Leaving the Property 🏡

We kindly ask you to:

• leave the property clean and tidy;
• wash the dishes and leave the kitchen clean;
• take rubbish to the containers along the road;
• switch off all air-conditioning units, lights and electrical appliances;
• make sure all windows and doors are properly closed;
• leave the key and remote controls according to the agreed arrangements.
